Cindy L. Details, Inc. offers Interiors Consulting services for Retail Automotive construction projects. The primary focus is effective interior coordination among the Owner, Architect, and General Contractor (GC), ensuring compliance with the Brand Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vision for new construction and remodels, 
all while respecting the Owner's budget. 

We specialize in space planning, selection and procuring Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for both front and back of house areas. Our collaboration with in-house teams and OEM guidelines allows us to balance the needs of all parties, gather multiple bids, and provide cost-saving options. 

As a "second set of eyes," we meticulously review interior details, including finishes, millwork, lighting, and the placement of power & data. 
We prioritize managing often-overlooked details such as: 
- Audio-Visual  and Digital Signage 
- Interior Signage and Graphics 
- Café/Vending areas and Appliances 
- Plants and Accessories 
 
As construction progresses, we remain actively involved throughout the process, overseeing the delivery and installation of all vendors on-site to ensure the project's completion and success from Day One.

Additionally, we provide move assistance and coordination for remodels or relocations, including mobile trailer setup, rental furniture, and repurposing existing items for temporary space solutions.

Over the past seven years, Holman has developed 15 projects from Portland Oregon to Fort Lauderdale and New Jersey to San Diego. We worked with Cindy throughout 2023 and early 2024 to design and create the awesome new interior of BMW of Tigard, which opened late March 2024. Cindy's thoughtful approach resulted in a beautiful, warm retail environment which combines very functional spaces for our client advisors to work with customers and also doubles as a very comfortable extended service lounge area. Cindy's use of colors and imagery helped further enhance the look and ambience of the showroom and service drive area. Throughout the process Cindy was also mindful of costs and was able to finish off the customer facing areas with cost effective yet premium looking decor pieces. That attention to detail made all the difference. Aside from her design talents, Cindy was a great project manager and helped keep everything on track and on time in line with the building completion timelines.
